Dinosaurs Unlimited has established a strong presence in the West Midlands with

Ageism in employment continues to be a problem in certain areas but in other area's of work
an older person with better life experience and a better work ethic can be seen as a bonus
Age discrimination in employment may differ firms may be afraid to offer older workers lower wages than younger workers. Instead they will simply not promote or hire an older worker.
The law is changing and now has some teeth to check that ageism is not practiced but like all employment
discrimination it is difficult to prove .
As the pension age is increased in the UK as well as round the world more older employees will need to find work
so hopefully employers will be less judgemental on older workers
It should also be noted that the overall fitness of the older worker has never been better due to
education and advances in health care
